"Amazing location! We walked to Kahalu’u and snorkeled/surfed. This was exactly as photographed and described. There were multiple boogie boards, chairs, a surf board, and a cooler. We cooked many meals - it was easy thanks to how well stocked the kitchen was! We also enjoyed the gorgeous pool area. Many thanks!"

"At check in we were temporarily disappointed because our room wasn’t ready so we left but they called about 30 minutes later to say it was ready and the staff was super accommodating 🙏 The room was clean, spacious, and really comfortable! Also we had an incident on the bed and housekeeping came the next morning with all the linen to change the bed! Thank you for making our staycation perfectly relaxing!! 😉"

"We enjoyed our stay overall. The condo felt spacious for us (two people) and was open and cheerful. The vaulted ceiling in the main space allowed for a feeling of openness. The condo was well-appointed and had helpful supplies to make use of when going to the beach. My favorite part of the condo was the amazing balcony. It is large with ample seating and was an incredibly relaxing place to sit and have breakfast, read a book, and watch the sunset in the evenings.The host was responsive when we arrived and had concerns about the cleanliness of the condo. He arranged for the housekeepers to come out and address our concerns at a time that worked with our schedule.Other than that, the bedroom near the front door had a musty smell. We tried to air it out as best we could to mitigate that.The a/c seemed to work very well and space was overall very comfortable. The grounds of the property of neat and well-maintained. While we didn't end up using the pool, it looked very nice and relaxing."

"While the communication with the owners was excellent and the location was close to everything the condition of the place was a surprise. To say the place was unclean was an understatement. If they have cleaners they should consider getting new ones. There was dust, dead bugs, filth, and black mold in every room. I understand this is a tropical climate but this place has not been cleaned in a long time. Old Kleenexes under a bed, filthy box fans, ants in the bathrooms, caked on dirt on the closet shelves, loose electrical outlets, and many more cleanliness/safety issues. The outside furniture was rusted through and needed to be replaced. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, the extremely steep driveway could be an issue. The pool and home are beautiful but just need some deep cleaning and freshening up."

"The place was a bit on the dusty side, ie front door ledges, lights in master bathroom. Air conditioning was welcome, but should have been informed of the additional 30 a day cost up front at time of booking. Trash and recycling was a bit confusing."

"Great little place tucked away 5 mins from Kahalu'u bay making it a great base for water activities and quieter than the locations downtown. The property was surrounded by lots of trees, plants and local wildlife. Supermarkets were close by with some options for food and the property was well equipped for reheating food or even cooking if needed. parking was offered but we didn't need it. The room was clean and the open air design still kept us cool though we would have some company from lizards and bugs every now and then, it didn't bother us. Great stay and hospitality, would stay here again!"
