No Central AC - Nicely remodeled Condo
While the building is a bit run down, the condo 602 was exactly as you see in the pictures. The only downside, there is no central AC so the family room / common area was uncomfortably warm. Thankfully the local Vacasa team was able to drop off an additional fan. The only two rooms that have AC (window units) are the bedrooms. It was very nicely decorated and clean when we arrived. Great view of the ocean across the street. There was no tv in the guest room so for couples looking to wind down at night and watch some tv they can only do so in the primary /master bedroom or family room / common area. The pool was empty so when we utilized it we basically had it to ourselves. The beach across the street is within walking distance and was a nice beach but sometimes the tide was high so make sure to sit further back when laying out. We saw lots of turtles which was a lovely sight.
