Host was very accommodating. Plenty of linens, pillows, blankets. Tons of dishes and kitchen gadgets which made it helpful to make meals. Place was clean. My husband is so picky with pillows and mattresses and he didn’t complain all week! Loved to find beach chairs, cooler, 2 tote bags, fans if you needed them. Unit had AC. They upgraded the floor from carpet to Vinyl floors and had 2 vacuums which will get used when coming back from the beach. The is a shell gas station around the corner, a cute coffee shop in walking distance and a McDonald’s. Condo is about 10 min

My party of 3, includes an 11 yr old and 16 yr old. It was perfect for us. We had a nice view, the property was very clean and had everything we needed including washer and dryer. There were sand toys, a boogie board, cooler and chairs. We didn’t have a need for the cooler or chairs but it was great that they were available. The beds were very comfortable and the master had a slider out to the lanai. We were able to see turtles swimming by when we were at the beach. Location was close to restaurants and shopping. The pool was nice and often we had it to ourselves, we did use the BBQ once, which was also very nice and looked sparkling clean. Our host was so gracious and helpful, offering suggestions on what to do close to the condo and then ideas that were farther away.I would highly recommend Jazz and would love to return.
