Only steps to the grounds of the famous and newly renovated Turtle Bay Hotel on the North Shore. We are a Legal Vacation Rental.

The condos are Surrounded by Two Beautifully manicured golf courses (Fazio * and the famous Palmer) and Beautiful Ocean all are just Steps away. You can enjoy RESORT living with all the comforts of home.

The Famous Surf Breaks and Beaches on the North Shore are here in what is called " The 7 Mile Miracle" This has all the famous north shore surf breaks such as- Waimea Bay, Pipeline, Sunset Beach etc. A must see!

. This is a Larger two-story unit that offers the privacy of NO unit above or below you.

Feel the spaciousness of staying in this condo that has luxurious high ceilings with 2 FULL bedrooms (each equipped with A/C) patio doors and windows that allow fresh air and light, in addition there is an open-air loft with 2 twin size beds facing the golf course.
Open the doors and windows and Enjoy the Ocean and Mountain Breeze. Be a part of the sunset as you sit on the grass in a lounge chair just feeling the vibe of Hawaii! The lanai is screened in with double opening doors (a must at night).

We are a floor level entry unit, with free parking (1 private & 1 guest) just steps away. This will allow you to bring in groceries, luggage and beach supplies, etc. into the unit with ease. We are located close to the 1st of 3 pools, which is great if you plan on BBQing pool side.

Security is provided 24 hours; you will feel safe and comfortable.

Tennis courts, first hole & clubhouse and famous Lei Lei's Bar and Grill are just steps away. Within minutes you will be at the hotel with lots of private lagoons for surfing, snorkeling or just relaxing on the beach. Turtle Bay hotel has Roy's restaurant on the beach, The Mai Tai bar pool side where you can watch surfing and gorgeous sunsets.

The North Shore is filled with a diverse of restaurants and Food trucks! Experience golfing, walking, bike riding or horseback riding along the MANY TRAILS along the beaches of famous Kawela Bay and the private beaches of Marconie's. This condo has a full and complete kitchen. Grocery stores are nearby. We have everything you need for you to enjoy yourselves and lots of tropical sunshine! **** Turtle Bay Hotel is now open. Their pool is for hotel guest only. Only one golf course is open at this time (Palmer is open, Fazio is still closed) All hotel beaches and trails are open to the public as well as visiting onsite at the hotel.

The condo was in a gated community which created a hood sense of security. It had a beautiful outlook over the golf course. The condo was very well equipped from kitchen supplies right through to the bathrooms. Spacious & comfortable living quarters. Good walking distance to beach & restaurants. Very clear instruction left by owner. I would recommend this condo & would certainly stay here again. Thank you Cindy.

Awesome stay

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was perfect for our family of 5. The a/c was a blessing at night and the day time breezes through the condo were pleasant and comfortable. We really enjoyed having a kitchen to prepare meals and it was well stocked. Location on the Northshore can't be beat. Our family would definitely stay here again.

A great home for a stay on the North Shore

We had the best time staying in Turtle Bay!! This rental was so clean and had everything we needed both for time in the house and at the beach/pool!! Perfectly located near beautiful beaches and the site it’s located is beautiful and relaxing! Would love to come back again in the future!!

Amazing location and stay

We loved this location and place was really nice. We couldn’t believe how well stocked the entire place was with sunblock, towels, beach stuff, umbrella and some food items left. The place was cleaned nicely and well organized. We really enjoyed our stay.

AMAZING!

We came to Hawaii to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday (1 baby, 1 7 yr old and 5 adults). The condo was perfect! Cindy went to extra mile with extra details around the unit. It literally had everything we could need! It was just right for our group and the location could not have been better! Walk to the Ritz for coffee, walk to the beaches, walk to the pools, it was awesome!

Wonderful stay!

We have been to these properties once before and loved our stay. When we decided to come back we wanted something large enough to accommodate my husband and my and our 2 boys in their 20s - as well as my sister who stayed for a few days. The condo was very comfortable, very well appointed - super comfortable beds - it was all great!. Nice short walk to the hotel, golf, etc. We love this area of the north shore and will definitely come to this property again!

Great location! The lanai was our favorite place to relax and enjoy the views. All of the little amenities were appreciated and very helpful (cooler, beach chairs & towels, bug spray, and so many more!) This is a great place to stay!

The Perfect Spot to Stay Near North Shore

This place was absolutely perfect for our family. It had everything you could imagine and then some. Perfect location especially if you want to spend your time in the North Shore area like we did. Great views on the golf course and quick access to the pool. We will definitely try to book here again!

Fantastic family vacation

We had a fantastic week staying at the condo. We had plenty of space making it totally relaxing for a family of four with a 20 year old son and 16 year old daughter. It was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We took day trips and absolutely had a blast!

Family vacation

The condo was well equipped. Lots of beach gear and a well stocked kitchen. Be aware that it is a good 10 minute walk to the beach but the grounds are beautiful. I would have given our stay a 5 rating had it not been for the roof construction going on the entire week. Cindy was very gracious and offred us a partial refund

3 school friends meet up after 25 years, just perfect. Fantastic walks around the estate leading to nesting Albatros and the Northern most point in one direction and an idylic beach in the other.. Great bus service but a car ia also needed. also

Well appointed and nicely positioned!

Our family vacation was more fun because of the location of this tidy and comfortable condo. There were three beaches to walk to, pools to relax in, plus many amenities at the Turtle Bay Resort. We appreciated having a washer/dryer and the use of a local discount card for groceries.

Lovely place on quiet North Shore

This townhouse style condo was great for 2 single adults looking for a quiet place on North Shore. The supply of amenities for beach use was outstanding and the kitchen was very well stocked with tools. There were ample towels for beach and bath. Nicely furnished and very comfortable. I would stay here again.

A Lovely Stay

Great location. Loved how peaceful it was with fewer people than the city. Access to Turtle Bay hotel, and the trails around the beaches was a big plus. The condo itself has pretty much everything you could need. Hostess responded to inquiries and questions very quickly. Thank you for having us. Would recommend and book again.

Wonderful stay for Midwinter break!

Loved our time at the property. Lovely unit, stocked kitchen, super responsive host, beautiful setting on the golf course.We really enjoyed the proximity of the restaurants at Turtle Bay and the many beaches we could walk to. The walking and running paths were superb for daily exercise. All the neighbors and guests we met were very friendly. The pool was super clean and warm and quiet. We didn’t get to use the tennis or pickle ball courts this trip. Look forward to coming back! Thanks to Cynthia for being such a great host. Much aloha.
