"This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. "

"The air conditioning was very effective. I appreciated being able to turn it off when I got too cold. We had everything we needed for cooking and preparing meals. Interactions with our host was very pleasant as we communicated about needs and those needs were met. The white noise machines were a thoughtful addition for a good night's sleep."

"The room was clean. The W/D were OUTSIDE… not listed… the door to the outside did not lock…. So the property was NOT secure. Three roaches were on the counter next to the MW… bad place.. stay at your peril."

"The place was clean and it had a few nice amenities like a small busy pool nearby. However, for the price, it was not worth the high cost. It says for 4 people but there is only a loft as the “bedroom” which is nice except that you risk a fall every time you go up the circular stairs. The other bed is an extremely uncomfortable couch bed. I would be fine to deal with the stairs and couch bed if the price wasn’t so high. Not worth it!"

"Our experience started a little rough. We got in late in the evening to find that one of the beds was not made because the sheets were sitting in the wash. I'm not gonna lie when I say that was extremely frustrating because I was tired. There were some overlooked house keeping issues like a dirty washcloth hanging from the curtain rod and some hair in the sink but overall the place was relatively clean. I agree with a previous review that towels need replacing. They smell pretty bad so I rewashed them and it didn't change anything. The front door could use a weather strip at the bottom to prevent the roaches from coming in. The condo was otherwise pretty clean. Our key fob wasn't operational to no fault of the owners but for the most part that wasnt an issue. Even though we had these issues, I feel that the condo was a good value for the money and a fairly comfortable stay with a great location. Maybe it was just an off week due to the events happening locally that week. "

"This was the perfect family place. Walking distance to a private beach, close to food trucks, stores, and activities- yet away from touristy spots. Felt like an authentic experience. The house has pretty much everything you need. Host was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for a great holiday!"

"We had an exceptional stay at this VRBO. We arrived in the middle of strong Kona storm... The owner was gracious to bring us lanterns in case the power was out and make sure we had what we needed. When we arrived, the VRBO was clean and ready; getting into the unit was easy. We found a beautiful bouquet of Hawaiian flowers on the counter and a box of chocolates as a welcome gift. The unit had everything we needed. We are a family of four and our daughters loved having their own sleeping space and bathroom in the loft area. The kitchen was well appointed with cooking supplies, dishes, etc. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The AC units kept the house cool. We had a beautiful view of the golf course and the unit was just steps away from the resort pool. The Turtle Bay beach was just a short walk away, and the unit had everything we needed for a day at the beach (towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc). The property manager provided excellent communication throughout the week, even giving us a heads up about a construction-related road closure affecting one of the roads in the area. Highly recommend this VRBO, would stay again in a heartbeat!"
