"Overall a very nice experience. The room and hallways clean. Check in check out was easy. House keeping amazing! People friendly most of the time. Lots of parking, which is needed. Coffee shop coffee was disappointing. Very weak. Restaurant staff friendly but menu not enticing for us."

"2nd time staying here. I know that this place may be pricey, but everything about this place makes it worth it. From the moment we drove up to the time we left, The entire staff makes you feel the Maui love. The amenities are terrific. No charge for umbrellas or lounge chairs at the beach. Every night they offer turndown service for your room. You walk in the hallways and every one on the staff is greeting you with an “Aloha”! My wife and I have been coming to Maui for 9 years and the Fairmont Kei Lani is by far the best resort. The restaurants are terrific. My wife enjoyed the spa and mentioned that’s the staff was very attentive to her needs. We will be back next year!!"

"Really great stay! It was the perfect balance of amenities, comfortable, and slightly more posh for the area. I didn't want to be too secluded in the resort area further south, but also wanted something quieter than towards the north. it's about 5-10 minute walk to the cove for surfing, 25 minute walk to the boat ramp (where many snorkeling tours take off). Convenient beach access and many beach parks, lovely areas to sit and watch the water. From the moment I met with the front desk, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was put into the Kai building overlooking the pool. Great view of the mountains (and the sun shown over the pool area by 8/8:30am for anyone wanting to maximize their tanning time). With the cafe and Miso Phat Sushi right off the parking area, and the pool side restaurant, it was very convenient if you didn't want to go out for meals. Some notables features in no particular order : 2 pools (one salt water, for if you want the ocean without the sand), not tub, pool towels, bicycle rental (free), beach chair rental (fee), water stations/ice on every floor, you can request a water kettle, room had a fridge as well as a microwave."
