"Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful breakfast buffet setting with a nice breakfast. The adjacent gardens are pretty even in February. Shinagawa station is an easy walk away, though a taxi is better off you are loaded down with luggage."

"The hotel is a lot nicer than their photos do them justice. The location is great, a short walk to Shibuya crossing and all other tourist spots like the pokemon center and don quijote. Also located above a subway station! The bed was very comfortable and the room was great. I would for sure stay here again. "

"Lovely comfortable clean room, a little small and not much in the way of storage but fine for a few days stay in Tokyo. Good location close to Ebisu and Shibuya train stations - Ebisu a lot quieter and easier to navigate with luggage if you are staying here, but also in a fairly quiet spot and very friendly and helpful staff. Free coffee in the morning was great "
