"Resort was excellent, clean and convenient. Our only complaint is the Hawaii Resort Fee. The taxes are higher than most places we visit and then they charge another $55 per day on top of those taxes. We won't be back to Hawaii until they eliminate the Resort Fee!"

"Room was just what we needed for an overnight stay. It is rather noisy out by the pool due to the many roads that converge in the area. Shuttle to the airport was helpful, but it might be helpful if they ran in the half-hour (not just hourly). Room air conditioning did the job, but is rather noisy. Breakfast was fine—better than some hotel complimentary meals."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was genuinely disappointing. The property looked nothing like the photos online — it felt more like a rundown motel than a star-rated hotel. The room was in poor condition: chipped and worn furniture, visible stains on the lamps and sofa, and even signs of leaks in the ceiling. It didn’t feel clean or well-maintained, which made it really uncomfortable to stay. The bathroom layout was also extremely impractical — the toilet was squeezed right between the sink and the tub, leaving almost no space to stand or move comfortably. We ended up checking out after just one night and moving to a different resort, which is not something we’ve ever had to do before. Overall, this was a huge letdown and not at all what was advertised. I would strongly recommend that others look elsewhere unless significant improvements are made. "

"The place is clean, the staff are polite and helpful, and the shopping centers and restaurants are conveniently located just a few minutes away from the hotel, right near the beautiful beach. The buffets are good. The room is clean."

"the breakfast was the same every day, for a couple of days it would be ok, but for a few days its just too simple. The pool seemed a lot bigger on pics than in reality, for such a big hotel it was tiny really. same for the breakfast room, rooms and elevators, they are not enough for such a big property. the staff was really courteous, the hotel was clean and well located tough."
