Beautiful 3 Bedroom home near Lanikai beach available September 20-October 20

This is a Beautiful home available only from September 20th-October 20th. Situated just 1/2 block to Lanikai beach and with access to hiking the Lanikai Pill Boxes just one block away. Just a short walk to Kailua Beach and a restaurant as well. Large Lanai with a very comfortable covered outdoor living space and grill, as well as two indoor living areas. A private outdoor hot shower that is perfect for after a day at the beach. A Kayak, paddle board, and snorkeling gear all are available for use. This is a fantastic location for your paradise get-away. The home has a fully stocked kitchen and large dining table, as well as an outdoor dining table. Parking is available for 1 car in a shared driveway. The home is very comfortable with ceiling fans throughout. One bedroom has a queen size bed, two bedrooms have full sized beds, one of which has an attached bathroom with walk in shower. Washer and dryer available for your use. Quiet hours are 8 pm to 8 am. We have quiet and friendly neighbors. This is a separate unit on the first floor of a 2 story home. In compliance with local laws the minimum rental period is 30 days regardless of your length of stay.
