Charming 1-Bedroom Kailua Cottage with AC, Walk to the Best Part of the Beach

Welcome to Alohawaii Properties by the Sea, a licensed transient accommodations operator (License 1990/NUC-1760), Registration Numbers GE-039-001-2928-01, TA-039-001-2928-01). We are delighted to share that we have been named the winner of the 2021 Best of Kailua Awards in the category of Vacation Rentals.

We have an amazing location under a 3 minute walk to Kailua Beach Park! Our villa is tucked away on a private beach lane, offering a beautiful shared pool, hot tub, and lush Hawaiian gardens. Inside, you'll find air conditioning in every room, WIFI, and free movies. For your convenience, we provide a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You'll also have shared access to a washer/dryer with laundry supplies, a gas BBQ, bikes, boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs, mats, and towels for outdoor fun. Please note that there is a spiral staircase in the unit.

The highlight of our villa is its unbeatable location just a short 1-2 minute walk down a private beach lane to Kailua Beach Park, recognized as one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. The calm waters, thanks to the coral reef just half a mile offshore, make it perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking.
