Kona Coast Resort #10-301 is one of the best ocean view 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos, with all of the amazing amenities of a 5-Star Resort! Enjoy two Swimming Pools, one “family” pool with an on-site Restaurant/bar, and nightly live music plus one quiet pool, three Jacuzzis, a Sauna, playground, Tennis/pickle-ball courts, Volleyball, and two fitness centers, one with an ocean view.

Enjoy expansive ocean and partial golf course views, with amazing sunsets from this premier, top floor light and bright corner unit. This two-bedroom/two-bathroom, one level condominium is absolutely stunning and larger than most 2 bedroom units. Truly the best views from this location.

High vaulted open beam ceilings, generously sized windows and large sliding glass doors create a light, airy and spacious living/dining area in this 1,527-square-foot unit. 75 INCH SMART TV IN THE LIVING ROOM! Stream Cable Access through the Spectrum App on the TV! There is more than 380 square feet of lanai, accessible from both the living room and the primary master bedroom with BBQ, 2 beautiful teak lounge chairs and an outdoor table/chairs. The roomy kitchen is enhanced with a custom-made Albizia wood breakfast bar and is very well stocked with everything you need to cook casual or gourmet meals. There is stone tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood flooring in the living and dining areas, and newly installed LVF in both bedrooms.

With occupancy up to 6 guests, there is plenty of room for extended family and friends. The large primary bedroom is ensuite, opens onto the beautiful lanai, and features a brand new King Sized Bed, with firm on one side and medium on the other side. The primary master bath includes pebble stone tile, double sinks, bidet and a walk-in stone tile shower enclosure. Gorgeous! The very spacious 2nd bedroom offers beautiful mountain views & has a wonderful arrangement of a King & Trundle Bed (2 twins). It also has a 42 inch TV! There is also a brand new queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.
The condo has a new washer and dryer for your convenience. Plus beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a cooler.

The Location is one of the best in Keauhou. It's located almost immediately next to Keauhou Bay Shopping Center (5 min walk), with its award-winning restaurants, drug store, clothing stores and movie theater. Great location

While this condo seemed "away from it all", it was quite the opposite. Great condo, well maintained, situated near a grocery store and restaurants, while minutes from tons of shopping and even more restaurants. The sunsets were beautiful. We'd definitely stay at this location again.

Fantastic Resort!

This is a really great place. The resort is wonderful, very safe, lots of amenities. The condo itself was very clean, very well equipped, an upscale feel. This resort is located in a very safe area grocery and drugstore just around the corner and lots and lots of things to do nearby. Great views of the adjacent golf course and wonderful ocean views. The resort pools were very clean and well kept, and the restaurant on site has great food.. I would definitely recommend and come back again.

Beautiful unit in a great complex

This was our first time staying in this complex and second in the area. It’s a wonderful spot a little away from the hustle and bustle of Kona, while still having access to shops, bars and restaurants. This is a great location to explore the Big Island. The property was well located, great views of sunset, well maintained and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this property. The unit was tastefully decorated, and very well stocked with everything we needed, including office supplies to get a little work done while we were there. They thought of everything. The view from the lanai was incredible. We enjoyed whale watching with our binoculars. The resort had several amenities that we took advantage of, gyms, pools, volleyball…. The resort is very well cared for. Overall this is one of if not our favorite place we have stayed.

Spacious Two Bedroom Condo - Perfection!

The AC kept the unit cool.The management company was professional, personal and quickly responded when we had some initial questions about the condo property. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. The condo location was great - walking distance to Magic Sands Beach as well as a local shopping center. We would 100% stay here again and hope to return. Soon!

Then you can enjoy dinner cooked in the impeccably provisioned kitchen out on the deck and tuck in to the comfy beds after a long day in Kona. The beauty also lies in the beautiful, artful decor and the well arranged living area with huge TV and stereo music. There is so much to do and all activities are so close by. The pool and snack bar are super nice and you can play golf all day long at the course w/in walking distance. Don't forget to play on the beautiful tennis courts or work out in the complete mini gym. For a dinner out you can walk across the street up to a shopping area with awesome restaurants or drive into Kona proper and choose from many great dining experiences. Just walking along and shopping you can see the incredible ocean. Or come back the next day to surf or kayak at the beach in town. The owners are very responsive and one can tell that they are very eager to make your vacation perfect!

With breathtaking ocean views, beautiful sunsets, and a large lanai, you can relax and take in all the 'Aloha' Plus the most comfortable lounge chairs, that you never want to get out of. Since this unit is an upper corner unit condo, it is light and bright with windows all along one side, plus the two french doors leading out to the lanai, and high ceilings, creating a very open feel. Situated on the top floor (but only one flight of stairs from the parking area), you will never hear footsteps from the other units or hear your neighbors, so it is very private. The shopping center across the street is very convenient, with great restaurants (Kenichi Sushi happy hour is our favorite!), grocery store, Longs drugstore and even movie theaters. The location is a short 15 minutes to downtown Kona, but quieter than being in town. The unit itself, is very nicely decorated, but feels like you are at home. Resort amenities are super convenient, with pools, jacuzzis, tennis and pickleball courts and even a poolside bar/restaurant, featuring live music every night. With a well stocked kitchen, BBQ on the lanai, comfortable beds, and beautiful bathrooms, you will never want to leave this slice of heaven.

We did use the beach chairs in the deck box.Easy parking, and grocery store is just across the street to pick up snacks, drinks, poke bowls and other supplies.The pictures represent the property well. The complex also has a pool and restaurant (more of a cafe/bar where you can get drinks and burgers/snacks at the pool), which we enjoyed. Some free craft classes that you can sign up for - we enjoyed the lei making!Good communication from Knutson. We didn't need anything during the stay, so I can't comment about responsiveness to fixing an issue, but I don't think it would have been a problem. We did run out of toilet paper and had to buy more - the notes clearly state that you are only provided a starter supply - but toilet paper is so cheap, it would be nice if it was fully stocked.Just 5 miles south of Kona town, it was an easy drive or run into town for the Ironman festivities. Specific to Ironman race day, this location was perfect, as it is just a bit south of the run course, and Ali'i is closed on the course on race day. Since the property south, so you can still come and go on race day as needed.Would stay here again.
