  • There is something magical about Casa de Emdeko as it is one of the most popular waterfront Condo complexes in Kona. Visit just once and, like most of our guests, you'll keep coming back. There is a welcoming social atmosphere and you can meet other guests and owners in the evening on the community patio while watching the sunset or bbq'ing and dining oceanfront. Watch the amazing SUNSETS from the Tiki Torch lit patio area where you will find a beautiful community gazebo and gas BBQ's for your use.

    Unit #115 is a first floor unit (easy access to everything) and very close to the ocean. let the sound of ocean waves drift you into sleep. This newly refurbished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (with double sink) is on ground floor - easy access and just steps to the sandy beach area (no ocean access) and saltwater pool. Bedroom has King Bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress and there is a queen sofa bed in living room. Unit is Approx 700 square feet.

    Washer and dryer in unit, additional laundry facility and dryers on property for larger loads. Central Air-conditioning. Smart TV in living room and bed room. Bluetooth speaker, games, books, snorkel gear, and boogie boards available in unit. Beauty Salon, Mini-mart/Deli, and Flower Shop, all located in commercial building in the upper parking lot of the property. 1-1/4 mile to Kona town. 7 Miles to Airport
