Minimum Stay Requirement
Kona Isle CC&Rs require a 5-night minimum stay year-round. Reservations for fewer than 5 nights cannot be accommodated.
Holiday Booking Policy:
Please note that instant bookings cannot be accepted or confirmed for holiday stays between December 15 – January 7. Please contact our management team directly for holiday availability, seasonal requirements, and any applicable restrictions. All festive season reservations are non-refundable and non-changeable.
To ensure a seamless holiday experience, the following booking requirements apply for Christmas and New Year’s stays:
Reservations spanning both Christmas and New Year’s require a minimum 10-night stay.
For reservations including only one holiday, check-in and check-out dates must fall between December 26–29.
