Unit 511 has been completely renovated and is ready to host visitors in a one bedroom, two bath Condo overlooking the ocean and the parade route on Alii Drive! Enjoy brand new LG appliances including washer/dryer in full second bathroom. Included is a brand new 75inch Samsung Smart TV. This unit is one of the larger one bedrooms in Kona, 780 square feet. Look No Further!

This unit is gorgeous and the location is perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants on Ali’i Drive. The views of the bay are stunning and hearing the surf is amazing! Glenn has it stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board and beach towels. He is a great host and cares about your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We will be back!

Commendable host, pleasant, well appointed, down town condo. Ear plugs are recommended because due to location it is noisy.
