We really enjoyed our stay! The location was wonderful, walking distance to Coconut Grove! There was plenty of room for our small family! The condo was clean, the host was quick to respond and the pool was great!
The condo was great! Being near all of the restaurants and shops was perfect for my stay but being so close to downtown and the bars it was a little loud.

Right on Ali’i where all the restaurants and shops are at. Unit is extremely clean and the host is amazing! They’re super on the ball in taking care of things whenever you need anything. Excellent customer service. Would rent this unit again and highly recommend.

Ideal location. Walkable to many restaurants. Ocean is right across the street. Unit came with beach towels,beach chairs & umbrella. Suggestion is to have a small ice chest. Nice view from patio. Kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, plates and pots and pans. Our only issue is that it took forever for the water to get hot in the showers and kitchen sink.
Better lighting over the dining would have been so much nicer. (The light switch in the front bathroom is touchy. Would go on when it felt like it after flipping the switch up)The bed was good. We were ill prepared for navigating the television. We have basic cable only at home… . The vertical blinds didn’t close or block the porch lights across the porch lights across the way. Clean, comfortable, close proximity to activities, and meals.
This condo is in a great location and it was nice not to have to pay for parking in town. It's beautiful and has a pretty view. The kitchen has new appliances and thoughtful touches. There are some beach supplies, including 2 chairs, which we were thankful for. The pool is fun, we liked that it got up to 8 feet deep.There's a sundeck on level 7 which was perfect for sunset viewing.Some things I would've liked to have known: There is no A\C, but 3 tower fans. The temp inside would not get lower than 80, even with all doors and windows open, so we had to buy a very large fan.There is only salt and pepper for spices and no strainer. The windows in the bedroom face a tennis court and once per week there's soccer practice there from 7pm-9pm. It can get very loud. When they say 4pm check in they mean not a second earlier. The door code will not unlock until 4pm. I reached out for earlier check in and was told that when the cleaning personnel was done they would let me know. We happened to be there when they left and tried the code which did not work despite it being 3:51PM. When I text them about it they stated, "it is not 4pm yet." The dryer vents into the bathroom which, obviously, gets hot and humid. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
