From the moment you arrive to this seaside condo you will feel the tranquility.
Impeccably maintained grounds in this complex invite you to spend time in the beautiful surroundings. The pool/hot tub, and work out room are steps outside your door from this second floor condo.
Your main balcony (Lanai) has ocean and garden views to watch the beautiful sunsets, whales, and dolphins that frequent the area.
The pool side is close by to the barbecue and outdoor covered area complete with outdoor kitchen, ping pong tables and gathering tables to relax and enjoy dinner outdoors. The starry night sky will amaze you from this location. The island is known for its attention to low lighting for stargazing.
Inside your Island themed condo you will be comforted by the air conditioned unit, very comfortable bed and spacious bedroom including closet space and private bedroom lanai for your use, a fully stocked kitchen, in-suite washer , dryer, and dishwasher, full size newer fridge/freezer.
A comfortable living area adjacent to a beautiful balcony furnished with a table for four to enjoy breakfast or dinner in your own private space. The bathroom is beautifully finished, a good size for a one bedroom unit, and has plenty of space to store your toiletries. This condo includes water toys for your use while visiting the Big Island.
A host of suggestions will come your way from the owners who have spent years visiting the island and discovered some secret gems, off the beaten path.
A walk to town is about 12-15 minutes where plenty of Kona cafes and restaurants await you. Enjoy morning views of the Kailua Bay ocean front on the popular Ali'i drive and view the weekly cruise ships close in port there. You will find the culture of the Island to be hospitable and enjoyable with much Aloha as they say.
As owners , we aim to please. We have put careful thought into all the comforts that make travel memorable and inviting. You will find the condo to be very clean, peaceful, and accommodating.


Notes:

The decor wall colours have been updated in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room since the professional photos were taken to a soft neutral tone (in February 2025).
There are about 16 steps to get to the door to enter the condo. There are no elevators for accessibility.
