Kona Nates Ocean View Escape

  • Welcome to my Ocean View Escape! Located in the heart of Kona, you will have an unobstructed view of the West Hawaii sunset every night! From the kitchen you can even see the sunrise over the mountains every morning. Located in Downtown Kona, you can walk to all of the best restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment!

    My place has a spacious pen floor plan with a sliding divider for bedroom privacy. Tiles and hardwood floors give my place a home away from home feeling. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your kitchenware needs to cook up that fish you catch or some veggies from the local farmers market!

    Enjoy all amenities you could ask for including a pool, bbq grill, free parking, wifi, full kitchen, open floor plan and of course, the best view in all of Kona!

    STVR-19-376848

    (1) Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.

    (2) Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.

    (3) Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking are.

    (4) The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
