Location, great. You can walk everywhere in Kailua Kona. Enjoyed sitting out on the lanai watching the kids at the daycare below

The apartment was nice and closely located to the shops of Kona. The common areas of the building could be nicer. Structural construction in the garage and the pool being out of service was unfortunate. Over all it was a decent value and the apartment itself was in good condition.

The location was fine, however the unit was not very well stock in the kitchen. The washer and dryer looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in the last few years... Could not even attempt to use it...
