- Stay a short walk from Magic Sands Beach in this complete home. This three bedroom and three and half bath house includes an outdoor shower and bathroom, a ping pong table, and your own tree house. This is a legal and permitted vacation rental with no agency and on-island owner hosts. You can hang out in a hammock on the lanai while you BBQ your dinner after the beach. The perfect spot to explore Hawai'i island and only three miles from downtown Kailua-Kona.
