Great location with a great view

This is a great location with a great view. This is right on the water so you can listen to the ocean all night. House was very clean and well maintained. The house had everything need for our stay plus some extras. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay while in Hawaii.

We had an excellent stay here. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. We arrived a bit earlier then check in and were able to utilize the pool whilst waiting for the condo to be ready. The location is perfect and the view of the ocean is incredible. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo, especially the great views of the ocean. Nice soothing surf was soothing during the night. The beach supplies were an added bonus as well. Would definetly come back to this place again!

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this beautifully remodeled and impeccably clean retreat. We loved our stay here. Betsy’s place was very nice the beds were extremely comfortable best of all was sitting on the lanai in the morning watching the spinner dolphins and the whales. Would highly recommend this condo. Betsy is very good at communicating with you and helping sort things out. She also had great suggestions for things to do and places to eat definitely a five star review.

Beautiful views, everything you need

We loved our stay in this unit. Bed were comfy, everything spotlessly clean, and everything we needed was provided. Great communication from the owners. We could have sat on the balcony all day enjoying the beautiful views and the spinner dolphins passing by, except there were so many other amazing things to do nearby like swimming with incredible manta rays. It was private and very comfortable for the 4 of us. I got to sleep in the master with my great granddaughter in a very comfortable bed. The pool is heated so teaching my ggkid swim lessons was fun and she did so good. We stayed at the same complex but different unit. It was very nice but we felt more at home here

Great stay right on the ocean! Beautiful views and listening to the ocean crash onto the rocks below was amazing. Convenient to most everything. We walked into town once(about 15 minutes) but otherwise drove to snorkeling spots, farmer's markets, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. All pretty close. The pool on property was comfortable and a nice option if you just wanted to cool off quick. It is warm in the area and while there isn't any AC, there are plenty of fans and the ocean breeze blows through the condo. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

Amazing Ocean Views

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The location and ocean views cannot be beat. The ocean is so close that it looks like the lanai is sitting just above the crashing waves. We slept so well each evening with the ocean breeze and sounds. The condo itself is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need. We also loved the comfy beds and walk-in showers. The unit does not have air conditioning however, it does get a great cross breeze with windows and doors open. We are so glad to have found this little gem for our long weekend hop over to the Big Island.

A piece of paradise

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was as listed and pictured, if not even better. The view from the balcony is priceless. We started every morning, and ended every day out there. The sound of the waves was therapeutic! We explored the lava rock in front of the condos and found so much marine life to explore. We snorkeled off of the rocks and it was by far the best snorkeling we’ve ever done. It was like swimming in a fully stocked clear tropical aquarium! We had done already snorkeled at Captain Cook but this was way better. We walked into town every morning (just a lil over a mile in)! Ron and Chris were great and and had the condo fully stocked with all the beach toys, kitchen dishes, condiments, etc! The beds were very comfortable and clean!!! We can’t wait to go back!

The perfect place overlooking the ocean

Every morning sitting on the huge balcony, drinking my Kona coffee, I would watch the spinning dolphins jump in and out of the water. It was exciting to watch the cruise ships come in, the fishing boats and the long canoes. Amazing to see people actually swimming the entire bay, back and forth. The accomodations were hearty in the condo unit. It was comfortable, open, clean and had every utensil, cookware, towels, beach chairs and swimming gear imaginable. Included was a full washer/dryer which was very appreciated. I'll be back!

Great location with lots of little things

My wife, son and myself just spent a week out in Hawaii at this property. The unit is on the 3rd floor so the view was really nice and the breeze was great. Alii Villas are just south of town yet very close to all the dining and shopping you could want. The unit itself has all the little extras that make it nice i.e..... binoculars to view the boats and wildlife to all the things needed for a beach day (chairs, body boards, cooler, towels etc...) and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Keep in mind it is listed as a 2 bedroom but you have to pull a sliding door out of the wall to close off the master so privacy piece can be uncomfortable if people are on the patio.
