Beautiful, clean condo. Kitchen well stocked with essential cookware and staples. Very nice area away from busy Kona town. Would recommend to anyone for a quiet and peaceful stay.

This condo was perfect. It was well-outfitted, good layout, and had quality construction which minimized noise from neighbors. I would definitely rent this again.

The easiness of access to property , the property was fully stocked with all the beach accessories, kitchen and bathrooms have everything g you need except an iron and iron board . The dishwasher was difficult to figure out because we did not want to add an app to our phones. The staff was wonderful
We only had one roll of paper towels, no extra to be found. We ran out of toilet paper and had to call to get both.We loved the lanai overlooking the golf course and ocean but the pool was not beautiful.
This property is excellent. Nice comfortable condo with easy access at ground level and outlook over the manicured golf course to the ocean. Close to beaches, shops and good location for travel south or north around the island. There is a dedicated parking space very close to the condo and pool adjacent too. The place is really well furnished and has lots of little touches like beach and snorkeling gear, kitchen condiments, coffee machine with pods provided, tourist books etc etcThe accommodation is also brilliantly managed by Paul and Coral at Front Desk …. We needed assistance with a few minor matters and they went out of their way to assist immediately and personally. Communication was second to none. I think we could have not chosen better with this accommodation.We highly recommend this accommodation.
We thouroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai. The view of the golf course and ocean was beautiful. We also enjoyed going to the pool. We would definitely recommend this rental!
Very clean and very well equipped with everything you would need during your stay. My wife is psychically disabled, the direct access into the condo with no stairs to deal with made it so nice for my wife and our friend too that also is psychically challenged. The pool was a very short walk from the condo with a railing for those that are psychically challenged too. And the views are incredible form the lanai. We spent a lot of time on the large comfortable lanai relaxing with drinks in hand taking in the views. Highly recommended this condo. Also, very nice shopping center just a few blocks away.
This is a second story condo, however since it is on a hill it has a 'no stairs' entry right off the parking area. It is near the pool and far enough back from the roadway that noise was not an issue. The A/C was a bonus as many properties do not have it and it can get hot in the afternoon without it. The condo was well stocked and everything was in working order.
The condo is about 10 miles south of the airport and a few miles from 'downtown', but they are still an easy drive. It was very convenient for exploring the west side of the island and going south into the Captain Cook area.
Overall, a very good value for the costs.
Spotlessly clean , nice view, convenient location, three uncrowded swimming pools ,very well equipped kitchen, comfy furniture, and a really nice local manager that’s very responsive if you have booking questions. This unit was so clean I thought we were the first people to stay there until I saw the guest book.
Our stay here was, in short, AMAZING! The unit was very spacious, very clean, and well maintained. It was fully stocked with anything and everything we needed (kitchenware, toiletries, beach towels and lots of beach toys and gear)! Lanai was awesome to enjoy our breakfast and quiet time (we didn’t encounter too many rambunctious golfers) and also had a beautiful view of the sunset. There are three pools with hot tubs, one pool area is within steps of the unit. My daughter loved the pools!
I was worried that there was no central air conditioning, but the ac units in the main living area and master bedroom were quite sufficient & efficient, and it was HOT when we visited!
The location was great. Close to a decent shopping plaza with a supermarket and shave ice place; a short (maybe 10 mins) walk. The area was pretty quiet and not a lot of traffic. Close to the shore and many beaches (some within a 5 min drive). Coffee plantations are also close by.
Communication with Paul was great, before and during our vacation. He was very helpful & accommodating. Wonderful customer service.
We would totally book this unit again on a future visit to the Big Island and would recommend it to all!
