Do you like an unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean and sunsets? Comfortable beds? Air conditioning in 4 zones? Quiet neighborhood? Excellent location in the heart of Kona? Free WiFi? This house has it all. Wake up in the morning and have a coffee on the very large lanai overseeing the ocean, or you might want to watch the sunset from your own lanai while you have diner with a view. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Sleep 10. Two bedrooms have king size beds, 1 bedroom has a queen size bed and one bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for one adult or 2 children.

Major upgrades were done in the Winter of 2024. Most of the flooring and cabinets were replaced. It has a new bath with large walk in shower. It has a new kitchen with monkepod wood, granite countertops and it is stoked very well.

The house is located at 700 feet elevation to capture the cool breeze . It has stairs from the garage to the house, therefore it is not going to work for people who can not climb stairs. Only the main floor is for rent. The daylight basement, with separate entrance is for the caretaker.

What A View

This property was amazing! It truly felt like a home away from home. Plenty of space to fit our two families comfortably. The location was close to downtown Kona but had an amazing view overlooking it all. The property owners were very helpful with tips and were quick to respond. We can’t wait to come back and stay at this property again.

A Lovely Time on the Big Island

The house was wonderfully equipped with everything we needed-even boogie boards and snorkeling gear!The deck/lanai was so pleasant; with a beautiful view of the ocean, and we loved the hammock seats. We ate most of our meals out there. It was a great home base from which to explore the island.

Amazing place to stay!

Very comfortable house. It was perfect for our family of 10. Gorgeous view of the ocean. We enjoyed most meals on the deck and the hammock chairs were such a hit. We wished for a baby gate to block the staircase but other than that we had every thing we needed for baby.

A dream place

The house is truly stunning with a breathtaking view from the lanai, and is equipped with everything you need for a stay. Given the altitude the air is much cooler than at sea level. The owner Radu is very kind and helpful, and also gave us valuable tips for visiting the island. I absolutely recommend a stay here.

This property is really everything you can ask for. The quality of the beds and bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, and a view that you won't want to take your eyes away from. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and so convenient to downtown.

Fishing trip

The property has an incredible view, with a well laid out kitchen the bedrooms are comfortable and airconditioned. The patio is full width and is a great place to have meals or watch the sunset. The host is very accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

What an AMAZING view and home!!!

We loved our stay here! The ocean views are amazing and can be seen from almost every room in the house, not to mention the huge balcony! The house is clean and spacious, and the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. The breeze and ceiling fans kept it plenty cool. The location is convenient to all attractions in the area. The host is also very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay again!
