Pool and AC! 2-Bedroom Apartment in Beautiful Kailua-Kona

Welcome to your Hawaiian home away from home with time to relax. We are located just 9 miles from the airport & 2 miles from beautiful downtown Kona and you’ll love the views Kona Coast has to offer every day. The property is in an established neighborhood on a quiet cul de sac close to all the amenities but out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. We have a refreshing pool and a covered BBQ area with a wet bar, all set in a lush tropical setting.

The space
Like many Hawaii homes, we live the “Ohana” life by making our home available to visitors.

We live on the upper floor and rent the two lower-level units. We are available when needed but also deeply value and respect your privacy. Your apartment has a separate entrance.

Guest access
Please enjoy the pool area but the backyard is only accessible for laundry as it is private for the other residents

Other things to note
• Hawaiian-style home with hosts living upstairs and an additional rental by the laundry room.

•A/C is in bedrooms only please keep doors closed and turn them off when not home

•The laundry and pool area are shared

No smoking anywhere on the property and no events

South American coqui frogs love to chirp @night so bring earplugs if sensitive to noise (some love them)
