  • Ocean over lagoon front views from the lanai (balcony), you are so close you will hear the ocean and watch the waves come sideways into the lagoon below. Enjoy watching the fish and turtles swim in the lagoon and the lighthouse off in the distance. The sounds of the sea will lull you to sleep after your day of sightseeing or relaxing.

    Hale Kona Kai is a small complex of 3 dozen absolute oceanfront condos in town but off the beaten path! Located on a quiet side street (75-5870 Kahakai Road) and just a short block walk to the village of Kailua-Kona also known as Kona Town. Hale Kona Kai is only 1/4 block walk to Honl's white sand beach and a 2 block walk to the Kona Farmers Market.

    ​​​​​​​This condo is managed by an on-site licensed office by Kona Now Hawaii Rentals. We have a hospitality office right by the elevator ready to help you and make your dream vacation in paradise special.

    All condos are non-smoking. Hale Kona Kai is a non-smoking facility. Each floor has coin-operated washers and dryers for your use. Each condo does not have its own washer/dryer.
