2-302 The Beach Villas at Kahaluu is the perfect place for guests to stay on the Big Island of Hawaii. The vacation rental has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an ocean view from the private lanai. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.



The Space:

Vacationers will find themselves in an ideal location for island activities. Right across the street is Kahaluu Beach Park - considered by many to be the best snorkeling spot in Hawaii. Fed by fresh spring water, up to 10 million gallons per day, these waters are almost always calm, with colorful corals, rock formations, and 100+ species of fish.



Each room in the home features tropical decorations and furnishings for a refreshing atmosphere. The unit opens into an open floor plan consisting of the living room and kitchen. To the right a chef can cook mouthwatering meals or tasty snacks. The kitchen is well equipped with upgraded black appliances and ample counter space. Four bar stools are arranged to create dining space. Although you are in Hawaii, so take your meals outside to the private lanai. The lanai has a patio table and chairs, so you can dine and sip on your favorite beverage while watching mesmerizing sunsets over the ocean.



The living room has plenty of seating options and a TV. Pop a movie in the DVD player and relax with your guests at the end of the night. WiFi, central air conditioning, and a washer/dryer are provided to ensure your comfort.



The primary bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-sized bed, TV, doors to the lanai, and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom is suitable for additional occupants as it has two Twin-sized beds and TV. A guest bathroom is located right across the hallway.



Be sure to utilize all the other amenities The Beach Villas at Kahalu'u offers. The unit includes one parking space, access to the outdoor pool and hot tub with ocean views, and BBQ stations.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use. Beach towels are available for guests.

- The pool gate lock code will only work between 9am and 9pm.

- The pool bathroom door lock code will only work between 7am and 9pm.

- The street gate lock code will work 24/7.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

- Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.



Other Things to Note:

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.



Additional Information:

-The air conditioning system is programmed to maintain a minimum temperature of 75°F.

-Statewide Smoking Laws for STVRs Under Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes §328J, smoking (including electronic smoking devices) is prohibited in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas open to the public. This includes: • Vacation rental units • Lanais (balconies) • Shared spaces such as lobbies, hallways, and courtyards Additionally, smoking is banned within 20 feet of entrances, exits, windows, and ventilation intakes of these facilities.

Repainting Tan Color on BVK Building #1 and #2 in April - May 2027 Notice



Beach Villas at Kahalu'u tentatively are planning on doing the repainting from mid-April through May 2027. The painting will be sequenced starting with building #2 on the street side. Then to the parking area, and then to building #1. Overall it could take 6 weeks more or less depending on weather and how everyone cooperates with the painting company giving them access and having your STRV guests cooperate.



The pool will be closed during the day when they are working on building #1, but will be available after the painters leave each day and on the weekends.
