The Space: The Surf Shack is a bright, surf-themed one-bedroom condo with modern updates. It offers air conditioning, reliable WiFi, and access to an outdoor pool, business center, hot tub, Da Poke Shack(famous Hawaiian restaurant), and Da Coco Shack. Guests can enjoy the oceanfront picnic area with gas grills and free parking for one car.

Other Things to Note: This is a first-floor walk-up unit with no elevator, there are about 5 stairs to the unit. The split A/C in the living room keeps the space cool, and ceiling fans help circulate air throughout. The complex is divided by Alii Drive—your unit is on the mauka (mountain) side, while the pool, hot tub, business center, beach access, Da Coco Shack and Da Poke Shack are on the makai (ocean) side. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.

Great place to stay for any couples or family with smaller kids. Use the pull out beed for the kids and had plenty of space to hangout. Management was super responsive. All the amenities included was a huge plus including beach chairs, cooler, and washing machine.
Place is well used but upgraded enough to meet the value you pay. It has all the amenities needed and nice extras like beach chairs, buggy board and water things. Host is very responsive. AC is in the family room which is adequate to keep the bedroom at a manageable temperature in the winter but would most likely not be comfortable in the summer. There are fans throughout. No great places to unpack if your there 2 weeks like we were but we made it work. People above are very loud at all hours of the day.Parking was not well described and a disgruntled neighbor was quick to let us know not to park in her reserved spot. This place is across the street from the main pool, hot tub and beach but it’s still no problem to cross the street and use the amenities or enjoy the sunset!
