"Zenya was a massive help as I had botched the booking and had split the stay up by mistake It appeared as if we were going to spend 25 minutes trying to check in, but thank God Zenya was on hand and I had spoken to her that they previously to explain the situation not only did she manage to join the two bookings together we were also given a little upgrade to a slightly better room ! We had requested two rooms and we had to wait six hours for the second room to be ready but as it was just my son and I travelling we just went out for a walk and had dinner came back and got the room normally I would’ve kicked up a stink about this because it wasn’t on when you’re paying five star service however we were well looked after during our stay The hotel itself could not be in a better position you are right in the central Square 15 minute walk from the Parliament building and the tomb of the unknown soldier 20 minutes from the park 20 minutes good stroll to the Acropolis maybe 25 minutes for most people The Service in general is pretty good. We had a few attitude issues but on the hole the hotel is incredibly good value for money if a little tired but it’s incredibly clean. the food is excellent and as I said, members of staff like Zenya are a credit to the management team. I would return if I was going to Athens for business because I think it’s i incredibly good value for a central city location plus you have a two minute walk to some excellent restaurants and bars."

"Booked two rooms - they are very spacious - definitely upgrade to a suite with a view of the acropolis - it is worth it - the rooftop dining experience was magical with an incredible view of the acropolis/parthenon. Food was fantastic. Staff was very helpful, welcoming and they go the extra mile to make your stay wonderful - even a small cake for a family birthday we were celebrating. Renovated rooms look great and even have espresso machines (with the pods) in them - showers are awesome! Great hotel! Perfect for elderly parents and us - newly renovated pool was nice and spa has sauna and steam shower - and was perfect combo with massage and body scrub services "

"Excellent hotel for early morning international flights. The shuttle to the airport arrived on time and provided reliable transportation. Breakfast and dinner were complimentary, which is good as there’s really no restaurant nearby. Our room was very clean with crisp bed linens for a good night’s rest. "

"Central location, nice setup, comfortable room, and a beautiful restaurant on the 10th floor with the best and unmatched view onto the acropolis! For dinner, it provided an eclectic selection of dishes, maybe not entirely classic Greek, but simply wonderful. Not able to name every single item, but the apricot soup was magnificent, the Greek salad on point, and the octopus carpaccio and the burrata were exceptionally appealing – both visually and on the taste buds. For breakfast there was a beautiful buffet which was rich and offered many choices, but did not totally match the comparison with the sister hotel, Electra Palace, in Thessaloniki or the Domes Resorts."
