"The hotel was beautiful and the staff was wonderful but was very disappointed that I could not even check in 1 hour early. If you are coming in on an early flight or cruise ship this would not be the hotel for you they are not flexible at all with the check in. On a positive note they will hold your bags until room is ready."

"The location of this hotel is excellent. Most major sites are walkable. The staff is always kind and professional. I would stay at this hotel again for these reasons. I think the breakfast is good but there’s been more variety at other hotels I’ve stayed. For me, it’s not at issue as I only have coffee and yogurt for breakfast. My friend, however, wished there was more than 1 type of cereal available. Our room was not ready until check-in. We arrived at 12 pm and checked a few times. Numerous other rooms were ready before checkin. I was surprised ours wasn’t given how early we arrived."
