Expectations
Overall the service and friendliness was great, the room was cleaned everyday. The first room had a clogged shower drainage the water would come out to the hall, so everyone we showered until it was fixed we dried and cleaned the floor. Another room was given to us but that room smelled funky due to the tiles in the shower area was missing the chalking between the tiles, the carpet and the seating area had stains. The ac did not work the room was kept at 23 degrees but the room and bedsheets felt moist. Walls had a lot of stains all over the room. Breakfast and staff was awesome.

Overall good.
Overall, good. Clean and newer hotel. Food options were limited. However, a unaffiliated restaurant next door. Bar was basic. Rooms were on the small side, but comfortable. I expected more for the price.

Very rare accommodations here not found in other EU hotels. Rooms have working, cold Air Conditioning! Everything is central heating and cooling so there’s no radiators to worry about. Free breakfast included. The breakfast is great and probably the best free breakfast you’ll find in Europe. Larger rooms than most European hotels. Large free parking lot with electric charging. Some grass areas for pet relief. Downstairs lounge has plenty of seating. Within 15 minutes walking distance from shops and restaurants in the center of town. Within 5 minutes walk from a large park. Staff is friendly. Room is clean and beds are comfy. We were in the king room and the bed was an actual large bed and not 2 beds pushed together. The pillows could be a bit firmer; they flatten when you lay on them but not terrible. My only complaint is the bar is located next to the reception desk so it gets pretty loud in the evenings.

Si tratta di un hotel moderno e funzionale, non molto distante dal centro di Kaiserslautern. La camera era davvero molto confortevole, così come l’ampio parcheggio esterno. Da migliorare la scelta della colazione, sebbene sia estremamente positivo che sia inclusa nella tariffa della camera.

Guest comfort and safety is very important.
Everything is good until Saturday night inconvenience of a drunk guest from the lobby following my daughter and friend 2 minors around the facility and elevators, daughter processed to run with her friend and the arrived at the front desk asking for help. FD employee did help and tracked the guest taking him to the Front desk area and then proceeded to take the drunk guest to his room. Guest never entered the room and when I proced to go to the room he was waiting in the hallway for them and as soon he saw them started to shout things to them until he saw me. Had to go to the FD and notify it to the employee in shift. She proceeded to go to the room and maintain him inside the room until we can go to the room with him knowing our room number. This should never happen and employees should’ve automatically call the law enforcement to secure the safety of your facility and for the guest staying there. Also this same guest got snotty with another female at the main lobby bar and that’s why they sent him ti the room the first time. Is very important yo ensure the staff is trained at all times and specially when there is minors involved in this incident. Poor handling m. But the 2 FD staff was very helpful to get the guest inside the room. Was notified that the guest was removed from the facility when we checked out. This was something that should’ve Ben done at the bigining of this incident to ensure the safety of your staff and guest.

We deeply regret that this has happened in our hotel and hope you and your daughter and friend are feeling better in the meanwhile. I investigeted with my Team and they assured me, that they offered to call the German police, but this was denied. My Team clearly pointed out to the guest, that he has to stay in his room, otherwise we would have clearly removed him the same evening. Since we did not hear anything from the guest anymore after he finally was in the room, we did not see to take any further actions. We have to make sure that ALL guest in our hotel are treated with respect but also with the necessary hardness if required. This was the case and my Team handled the situation absolutely in a correct way. Hotel seems pretty new. Clean and well maintained. Air conditioning was awesome considering many German hotels don't have it. After a week traveling, was great being around so many Americans (being I'm American). Free parking was great as well.

Front desk/bar staff great! Hotel is 7 months old. Well staffed. Everything new, laid out well and works. AC was awesome. We were there for a heat wave high of 36°C/97°F. Still hot at 10 pm. Outdoor parking. Restaurant Julien very close.

It took 4 phonecalls to finally get room service. The floor got wiped off with the same cloth the cleaning lady took for the toilet, not good at all

I enjoy staying at this hotel, very convenient. I stayed the other day, room service busts into my room 10am when checkout is at noon. Very disappointed. After a Long Night of enjoying the night life nobody wants to be waken up 2 hours before checkout.

Great Place to stay in Kaiserslautern
Very quick and painless check-in. Facility is well maintained and COVID measures in place. Bar appeared to be well attended and breakfast was very good. Location is very convienent as there are many stores and restaurants in the area. Downtown is about a 7-9 minute walk. Plenty of free parking on site.

Terrific hotel
This is s terrific hotel. New and very fresh and clean. Very nice staff. Amazing buffet breakfast included, with many choices and daily variations. I travel to Kaiserslautern frequently and will always stay here from now on.

Great Hotel
Hotel feels brand new. Rooms are light and spacious. Staff excellent on check in and throughout stay. Breakfast was included and pretty good with free on site parking.
