The staff there was incredible. They went above and beyond in addition, the property was well maintained very creative and just extremely warm and inviting to stay in. The hotel has a fantastic location and as close to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Small boutique and very cute hotel. The grounds were immaculate. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was larger than expected. The breakfast served in buffet style was small but had a little of everything. The food itself was delicious. The location of this place is a 5 minute walk to eating and shopping. Definitely would return.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It's very convenient to walk to the center of the town and to get to Meteora. The views from the room were amazing - the looming mountains, the town and the valley below. The breakfast was very nice. We did have an issue with the shower, but in the end it worked out. The room was very clean, but the hallway had a distinct cat odor. But the property cat was so sweet and friendly.

The location of the hotel is very good. As well the evening manager was quite helpful orienting us and suggesting dinner spots. The hotel falls somewhat short of the mark in many areas. The outdoor area has real potential to be great but the furnishings and umbrellas are lacking. The towels are threadbare: perhaps an end of season issue. The one morning we were trying to leave for a tour and the maid insisted on doing her cleaning while we attempted to exit. My wife asked to her leave but she ignored her request!

The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly. The room needs some work as the shower tub bottom broke and missed a piece. The drain stopper was not installed right, barely cover the drain hole. We didn't feel comfortable/clean to take a shower in there. The faucet has flow restrictor installed improperly causing water to shoot off sink basin. That got our pants wet every time after washing and brushing teeth. It also got the bathroom floor wet and slippery. That might just be that room having these issues. Besides, the parking area on the right of the hotel is unpaved and has a big dip spot making parking difficult. If you drive a small car with low clearance, it can scratch the car underside. If the parking lot is relatively full, you have to go over that spot. The toilet seat cover is shorter than the toilet, not covering the toilet bowl completely, i.e a wrong size. The balcony appeared good, but we didn't get a chance to use it.

Immaculate room. The bed was super soft and comfortable. This hotel is right next to the cliffs and the view from our balcony was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was extensive. Highly recommend this hotel
