"Rooms were modern and clean. Our stay was short and sweet. Only complaint is that the building is very poorly insulated for noise. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as the noise throughout the night was very noticeable. "

"The hotel was beautiful. However there were some issues. Firstly, we stayed for 3 nights and on the second full day at 2pm our room still had not been cleaned. Garbage was overflowing, so we called the front desk and they said they we were on the list to be cleaned that day. Does housekeeping not come daily anymore at hotels? They came when we left and emptied the garbages, gave us new towels but only made 1 of the 3 beds. We were gone hours so it’s not like the didn’t have time to make the other two beds. On our last night we went to the pool and hot tub with our kids. When we got out all of our skin was itching and dry. My bathing suit was ruined from off balance chemicals. It bleached my black bathing suit to brown. We talked to the front desk and they had maintenance check the chemicals. We were told they were higher and they would give us 10% off our stay. However later after we checked out I received an email from the hotel saying the chemicals were within safe limits. Considering it ruined my bathing suit and all of our skin and hair feels dried out, this cannot be true. "

"Everything about our stay at the Salish B&B was first class. Alfonso is a friendly and attentive host who goes above and beyond to ensure that you have an enjoyable visit. Breakfasts were more than ample and well presented. Our room was spaciouis and very comfortable. Highly recommended."

"Everything was as advertised. We were quite happy with the accomodation. We were a little irritated with the lock box as it was hung at the top of the door wjichake tje combination hard to see. We are seniors as well and the hall light was not very bright. Everything else was fine. Wasn't thrilled with the curt and condescending replys to our couple of questions Not everyone processes information the same "

"Awesome place for a stay! Extremely clean, bright, and spacious. Has everything you could need if you chose to cook for yourself. Comfortably slept 5 with the pull out couch (it was really comfy!) In the perfect location if you are doing a Naramata Bench Wine Tour. Conveniently placed for downtown access also. Checking in and out was very simple. The host is great- early check in was accommodated. Highly recommend! "
