Country House 'Happy Holidays Messinia' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning
In the most beautiful and quiet area of Kalamata, just 500 meters from the sea, you will find this wonderful two-story house. It offers large balconies with unobstructed views, excellent facilities, and lovely terraces with outdoor furniture and a large BBQ. It can comfortably and luxuriously accommodate up to seven guests.
The country house provides 134 sq.m. of comfortable space for up to eight people. The self check-in option allows you to arrive whenever you wish, and a baby cot is available for families with infants.
The house consists of two levels. On the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a living room with a fireplace, large-screen TV, and a balcony to enjoy your coffee or drink. On this floor, there is also a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom, and a quiet garden with a wooden swing and garden furniture. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms and the main bathroom with a bathtub. The first and second bedrooms have double beds, with one offering direct access to the balcony, while the third bedroom has two single beds and also access to the balcony.
There is parking available on the street. Pets are welcome and smoking is allowed in the accommodation. Please note that parties or events are not permitted during your stay.
