Verga is a small village up the hill, surrounded by villas , beautiful traditional cottage houses and a lot of green.
The property area is 1500 m2 with pine,olive,fig, lemon and other trees. Free private parking is offered and free wifi access throughout.
The house consists of 3 separate bedrooms, air conditioned, two of which with a private balcony. One can lie in bed and watch the Messinian bay from the bedroom windows.
The 100 sq.m house also has a living room with fireplace, a flat screen T.V, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Facilities include a dishwasher, an oven, a regular coffee machine as well as an espresso machine.
There is a very big veranda on the first floor apart from the balconies surrounding the bedrooms, with breathtaking magnificent views of the Messinian bay.
You can enjoy spectacular views either from your bedroom, or the first floor veranda or the ground floor terrace where you can enjoy your meals and drinks.
Guests can also benefit from the barbecue and the 3 outdoor dining areas that the house offers.
