Worst experience ever

So to start, this property was never supposed to be on vrbo according to the property manager. They didn’t even have our reservation down so I didn’t have anywhere to stay for the weekend and customer service with verbo was no better! They got us a cheap hotel for the night that had a bunch of bugs and wasn’t clean at all! And I’m still argue with customer service to get a full refund
