So comfortable and spacious. Everything is so well thought out. All the staff was so helpful and friendly, from the restaurant aft to the front desk. Amenities are accessible and look inviting. One of the best places to stay!

Great property but… Check in was difficult as had booked through Expedia-should not have been! Extremely difficult to get from parking garage to hotel; poor to no signage. Also did not know about add on $20 for parking. Room was clean and more than adequate. Convenient to downtown.

The hotel and room were very clean and the staff mostly helpful. The breakfast was a little lacking in organization, but overall good. Unique to this property is a salt water pool, while I wasn’t there long enough to try it out, I will make a point if I’m ever there again. Looked very inviting.

We always stay here with our dog when we come to Kalamazoo. The staff is friendly and the rooms and hotel are always clean. And it’s walking distance to a number of great breweries, cocktail bars and restaurants.

Nice spot for Kzoo. Glad there are more nice options downtown. The room was nice and spacious. Clean room bathroom. But the dishes were all used gross like they rinsed them and put them back but I always wash dishes wherever I go. But there was a dishwasher coulda just started the load. I’d stay again.

Loved this hotel. Clean, friendly staff and accomodating. The room was more than I anticipated and more than I needed. With the large space, kitchenette and two beds, it will be hard to go back to a regular hotel room. Nicely done!!
