an extremely good value. Perfect for one night just to need a bed to sleep in. Although a slightly older hotel, but having upgrades, most people can’t go wrong in this choice for a night or two. I paid $58 all included per night. The closest other hotels were $75-$125 on up. you might need to ask for an additional comforter. The one on the bed is very thin and may not be adequate for you.

There was a billing issue. In fact, the receipt in Expedia is not my receipt. It's not my name and has the incorrect amount on the receipt. We are waiting for our account to show the exact correct amount. The staff member attempted to fix the error last night, but as of today, checkout on 10/12/25, our receipt in Expedia is still not my name and has the incorrect amount. We are watching our account to make sure the adjustment comes through. It was not comfortable for my husband that the staff spoke in another language, not English, while taking care of the incorrect amount. We were placed in a room that was more expensive and asked to move. The woman who helped us was very nice and tried to help. She also helped us move our luggage, which was very nice. The gentleman that was working with her, in the other hand, seemed to be unhappy with her. Everyone makes mistakes. She did her part in trying to fix it. We will see in a day or two, whether the error in charge was actually fixed when, and if, it shows up in our account. We will be calling if it has not been fixed. This facility needs new blankets and needs to paint the parts of the wall that are "fixed", but not painted. There were no hangers in our room. There was no Kleenex in the spot in the bathroom (side of sink) where the Kleenex box goes. The room was clean, however, and looked as if they were updating.

Room was extremely cold heater didn't work stains on the sheets and pillow cases no cover no tissue in the bathroom not enough towels. Horrible stay...

There is so much dirt and dust that the filter of the ice machine cannot filter it out and there is dirt dust and possible rice crap in the ice. It was absolutely horrible.

Room was very clean. Room had a lot of space. Room had two chairs. TV did not have the Station/Channel that the Detroit Tigers was on. Outlets were too loose in the room. Only outlet that would hold my Cell Phone Charger Plug was in the bathroom. There wasn't any Kleenix in our room. Check-in and Check-out Clerk was very friendly and Professional.

Honesty, I want my money back. First they couldn't find my reservation until I mentioned insurance. Blood splater on walls in room and bathroom. Obvious bullet hole in the celing. Roach bait everywhere and god knows what else on the walls. Blanket was obviously dirty so was a pillow case or two. Somebodies old nail polish on the bed frame that was exposed. Etc.. no warning about the additional deposit on top of paying for the room you get suprised with once you get there. They also do not have breakfast there even though I swear it was mentioned in the origional desription on this app. Hair dryer didnt work. Towels were super rough. Chairs need replaced (fk cleaning them at this point pretty sure the spot in the middle was someones poop) table so rickity couldn't put my things on it. I was afraid it was going to break and I was going to be charged more.

For the rate i pay? I could have gotten a room much better than what i recd. The room smells, very dusty, furniture does not match. A/C is noisy. It’s appears to be a storage room turned into a bedroom. Terrible!

I was hoping a customer support agent could get ahold me I need to make sure my rebuirsment will come through from red roof last night they said a manager would contact me but nobody was there the other hotel we used from hotels.com was great I need a refund from red roof they did not let us check in

When we arrived with a reservation we were early and told to come back at a later time and this was done three times. The last time, the owner said the room was not cleaned and if we wanted to cancel he would look after canceling at his end and I needed to call Expedia to get my refund. I did this and he lied and would not give us our refund. The owner is a liar and very dishonest. Expedia should cancel owners like this as it make their customers wonder about them! Bob Clement

The rooms are obviously old. The furniture definitely needs updating along with the cabinets in the rooms kitchenette area. The shower took long to heat up but was great once it did. The bed was extremely comfortable 10/10. Our tv remote wouldn’t work so we could only watch one channel. Since we slept the majority of the evening we didn’t complain. Overall the stay was ok. If I had to stay again I would, it just wouldn’t be my first choice. Need better shower amenities also. I was glad I brought my own lotion/shampoo and body wash.

The TV was only half working, some of the light fixtures did not work, mattress was bigger then the frame it layed on. no cups for the coffee maker in the room, they had a 6 position plug in 1 outlet, running fridge,TV,coffee pot, microwave, cable box !! there was one wall with plaster patch,not even finished or painted, and entry door had to be pulled shut to engage lock.

The area around the hotel was not well lit and did not have an elevator. Strange shirtless men walking around the property when we checked in. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Just not a very safe area or environment from what we gather from our stay.
