"We’re on a tour of the islands, so we get to compare and contrast the places we stay. This one - Faros Villa - is easily the best so far. It’s located next to a nature reserve with some of the most beautiful beaches in the country, all within relatively easy walking distance. It’s run by a family and they clearly care very much about the place: just about every detail, from sheets to lighting to decor to the beautiful gardens, everything seems cared for. Then there’s the food at the adjacent restaurant. We ate there all three nights and it was ALL delicious, most especially the homemade options (unless you’re a vegetarian, try the lamb and potatoes probably the tastiest thing I’ve tried yet). Anyway, don’t hesitate. Book the sea view rooms if you can: worth a little extra for the sunsets on the balcony. "
