The Space:

Welcome to our cozy mountain accommodation complex near Kalavrita, consisting of two fully equipped, independent residences designed to offer comfort, privacy, and a relaxing escape surrounded by nature. With a combined capacity of up to 9 guests, the property is an excellent choice for larger families, groups of friends, or two families traveling together who would like to stay close while enjoying their own private spaces.



The complex includes a spacious 65 m² residence and a comfortable 45 m² residence.



The larger residence features a spacious bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, a bright open-plan living room and kitchen area, a bathroom, and a storage room. Two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, and everything needed to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals. A traditional fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere during the colder months, while autonomous heating ensures comfort throughout the year.



The second, 45 m² residence can accommodates up to 4 guests. It includes a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a welcoming living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Its easy ground-floor access and practical layout make it particularly convenient for couples, families, or guests who prefer an independent and functional space.



Together, the two residences offer the ideal balance between shared holidays and personal privacy. Guests can enjoy beautiful mountain surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere, making the complex a wonderful place to unwind after a day of skiing, hiking, sightseeing, or exploring the region. A baby cot is also available upon request for families traveling with young children.

Guests can also reach Kalavrita via the historic Odontotos railway from Diakopto. Free private parking is available on the property.
