The manager was welcoming and friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious and the grounds were well looked after. Across from the beach and a short walk to the local shops. We wish we’d stayed longer.

Very spacious Villa / Apartment
Check in process was quick & efficient . Our Villa had a large Kitchen / Dining / Lounge area downstairs ,with 3 Bedrooms & large Bathroom upstairs . Also Toilet & Laundry downstairs .

Not Clean!
When we into the kitchen we saw a cockroach on the top of table and another one on the window blind. And or so there’s bugs bite in bedroom. This property bathroom shower head hot water small like dreeping, it is terrible! We never ever had that bad shower like that!

A pleasant stay with an affordable price
The property is good but the facilities condition is a little bit old. The general environment of the whole property is good. The Wi-Fi internet was gone after a half-a-minute electricity outrage during our last night there.

Great Family Holiday Stay
The apartment is comfortable and located right across the road from where the river meets the sea. Great place for a family holiday stay, Kalbarri has a lot to offer anyone interested in the local sights, good places to eat, boat hires and fishing charters. Due to the weather turning foul we didn't use the pool or BBQ area but both areas are very inviting. The grounds surrounding and palm trees will give you a resort type feel for your stay. You can also go down to the shore and watch the feeding of the Pelicans.

I would love to own a unit like these!
This was a 3 day stay at a double storey unit here. Ours was at the back of the complex.This proved to be an advantage. The high tide was coming in the early morning and the power of the water was magnified in sound in those quiet early hours.Most atmospheric. The beach view units of this complex would be great overlooking the shore The amenities like the pool, lawn and BBQ were well maintained. Our unit was very roomy.The kitchen was well equipped too. Definately recommend this accommodation

Perfect position to beach and facilities
Our stay was excellent the villa had everything we needed for our group of 4 adults, 2children and a baby. Our villa was next to the fabulous swimming pool.

Overlooking ocean & river
We stayed in a two bedroom apartment that overlooks the river/ocean entry. Being a north facing unit it is ideal if strong southerly winds are blowing. Lovely unit with a perfect view. Probably the best view in Kalbarri. Would recommend

Really ovely accommodation. Clise to the beach.
The accommodation is spacious and well equipped. Good WiFi, great shower and very comfortable. The only issue that we had was well beyond the control of the hosts... A series of power outages.

Very comfortable villa over the road from the beach. The staff were friendly and efficient. With 4 adults we found the villa spacious with everything we needed. We would book again when next in Kalbarri.

Nice view over the Kalbarri beach.
Stayed here twice in two weeks. Fist stay unit was clearly in need of some maintenance, but the second unit was much better. Looks like they are currently being refreshed.

Comfortable apartment stay
The 2 bedroom villa, was modern, good sized rooms, lounge, dining and balcony. It was very clean and provided good facilities for a self catering apartment stay. The villa was generally well maintained, but some minor items require attention. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. The location is excellent, in town, close to the beach and walking distance to supermarket, pubs and restaurant facilities. Reasonable value for money.

Great location and very spacious
Just across from the beach and an easy walk to shops.. Our apartment was huge with very comfortable beds, a balcony, and everything needed to cook at home if you want to. Given the cost and quality of some local restaurants this is an advantage. Reliable wifi too. Make sure you check out the coastal cliff walks nearby for some spectacular views!

Apartment nice and spacious, good kitchen facilities. Compound has great BBQ facilities which Dave keeps very clean everyday, making it a pleasure to use. Together with washing machine and outdoor clothes lines, makes it an easy place to stay for traveling with kids and staying for a longer period of time. The only criticism would be that there were cockroaches in the apartment that we stayed at.

Had three great days and nights at Pelican Shores in Kalbarri. Perfect location to wander over to the beach or a slightly longer walk to the various shops and cafes etc. Modern villa which had plenty of space for our family of five. Highly recommend
