"The only “complaint” we had was not a fault of the property, and was due to the road noise. The room was fabulously appointed; lovely kitchenette supplied with dishes, bowls, cutlery, coffee, tea, microwave and more! Comfortable beds and decor. Plush and thirsty towels made for a splendid pampering! Loved the location by the lake, and the easy drive into town for breakfast items."

"This was tremendous value for the money. A complete renovation has just been completed, and it is very nice! Big modern rooms, spotlessly clean, good location near downtown and the beach. Although the breakfast was very basic it was enough to get me going for the morning. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it."

"We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. The hotel is dated, but very clean. It is situated like a 2 story motel with outside doors only, no interior hallways nor an elevator. The breakfast was very good with many options and attentive staff. Area also very clean. We did not use any outdoor amenities nor indoor pool. A few items that prevented me from giving the hotel a 5 rating. 1. Bath tub or showers need a safety bar and permanent strips in tub/ shower floor for safety. We did get a suction vinyl mat, but others may not know to ask. 2. If breakfast hot items are removed by 9:30… state accurately vs 10 am on sign and verbally by staff. 3. We were to have our room cleaned every third day. Friday arrived… but by late Monday, room was not refreshed. I went to desk and was told cleaning staff there and it would be done. 9 pm.. returned … not done. Tuesday morning we stopped at desk and were told it was someone else’s fault. It was addressed, but blaming someone else is not good customer care. You’re a team…act like a team. The comment was not necessary. I would stay again."
