"The staff were nice and the room was clean but it was very run down. The elevator smelled so bad I had to hold my breath until I got off. The pool and hot tub were not available. The electric heat took several hours to get the room up to 20° and the ice bucket had no lid. Even if the pool and hot tub had been working, the hours are limited because of the atrium design, so if you're only staying one night because you're there for a show, you don't have any time to use them. They say they are renovating in the fall of 2026 so maybe it will be better then. They were very good about refunding my money and because they were so helpful, I will definitely give them another try after renovations."
