Welcome to our family cottage, Sunset Retreat! Updated! Beautiful master bath, new quartz countertops, new appliances, flooring interior and exterior paint, and more! Cottage is seasonally decorated! Bring your snow skis, snowboard, boat, snowmobiles, ORVS, and fishing poles! Or, visit the many wineries, golf courses, and ski resorts that surround the area. Turtle Creek Casino just a short drive away! This private, all season 2 bedroom w/loft and 2 full bath cottage is ready to entertain. 100’ of frontage with sunset views of Manistee Lake. Pontoon rentals available on the lake and ORV rentals nearby as well. Just added this year, pontoon hoist. Excellent swimming, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, ORV riding and more. Surrounded by state land and 100’s of miles of trails that seem to head everywhere! Short drives to Grayling, Traverse City, Torch Lake and more. Wineries all around! A little over an hour to Mackinaw! Centrally located, Sunset Retreat is the perfect cottage for your vacation. 2 bedrooms and a loft. King beds in the bedrooms and a Queen and 2 single beds in the loft. All new beds, mattresses, reclining couches, dining table, washer and dryer, linens, flooring, and paint. 80’ dock will be in Memorial Day through Labor Day. 2 Kayaks, water floats, and life jackets will be available during the same time. No smoking, No parties, No Pets, and No fireworks on the property or dock. Photos may not always be exact as we continue to make improvements to the cottage.
