"Staying here feels like it's a place our family has been going to for years. Clearly marked cabinets contained items I didn't know I needed. Great place."

"beautiful area great views"

"This property was perfect for what we needed! Plenty of space, close to the lake, secluded area which was nice to have quite time too"

"We absolutely loved our stay here! Carley’s place was spacious, very clean, and just so nice. There were even fresh flowers! There was awesome communication from her and we had everything and more than we needed due to her rocking host qualities. The view is beautiful and the location is unbeatable and walkable to everything fun. We would love to stay here again, it is an awesome, awesome place to call home for an Elk Rapids trip."

"Host is very responsive and rental is super cute we loved the vibe for our girls weekend."

"It was okay. The floor was sandy but over all it was pretty clean. The beds were really comfortable. Are main reason for staying here was the beach but that was a let down and we ended up driving to the state park to spend the day at that beach."

"Honestly, everything was great. Our host was very welcoming and made sure we were taken care of. The property was in a really pretty spot and we will probably look to stay here again in the future. Thanks again!"

"This unit was in an ideal location. Less than 2 blocks to the beach, with nice view of the lake. Comfortable and clean condo. Walk to everything downtown. We had a great stay."

"Nice location and friendly host!"

Although I wouldn’t say it’s “child proof” (glass coffee table, no plastic plates or cups), we just kept a vigilant eye on the kids and it was fine. We loved the rooftop patio with a view of the lake in the distance. We made s'mores on the rooftop fire pit (my husband and I roasted the marshmallows to avoid any messes on the gas fire pit). It’s about a 12 minute walk to...

"Centrally located just outside of downtown Elk Rapids. The home is within walking distance to downtown ER, the beach, the Shorts Pull Barn & nearby grocery store. It’s a great jumping off point for day trips to TC, Petoskey, Bellaire and more. Despite being located off a main road, the home is quiet & offers a peaceful setting. All of the rooms include large smart TVs, and comfortable beds. Communication with the host was seamless, responsive and informative. Pricing was a great value, providing...

"Was very clean and cozy. Loved walking distance to downtown. "

"We stayed here for a work trip and absolutely loved it. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed—and then some. The golf simulator, hot tubs, fire pits, and theater were a huge bonus and made it really easy to unwind after the workday. Great house, great setup, and a really fun place to stay with a group. We’d definitely book it again!"

"Such a great stay! Very spacious rooms - we really enjoyed being able to relax in the living room. The location was also great and was easy to explore many areas of town. We also greatly appreciated the super easy checkout process with no to do list to worry about. Highly recommend!"
