The exclusive holiday home?Sun love? is located in Groß Schwansee. On 153 m² of living space, spread over 2 floors, up to 8 people can enjoy a relaxing holiday. The beach is 900 meters away. You will receive a warm welcome on the ground floor from a stylish living area with a leather sofa, a flat-screen TV (with DVD player and stereo system) and a fireplace. From there you get into the open kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired (dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, stove with ceramic hob, fridge / freezer and various small appliances). In the utility room you will find a washing machine free of charge. The high quality equipped shower room with sauna is located on the ground floor. On a total of 3 terraces you can enjoy the Baltic Sea sun all day in the summer. Of course, there are also terrace furniture and sun loungers. Also a large grill belongs to the equipment of the house. For the ?small? Guests have two cots, two highchairs for children and a baby bath. A staircase leads to the upper floor of the house, with 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a radio. Furthermore, there is a stylish bathroom with tub and shower on the level. The entire house is provided with underfloor heating.  Wi-Fi, a Play Station 3, an MP3 docking station is also available free of charge. Two parking spaces are located directly at the house.
