"We stayed in one of the suites with a pool/garden and were all inclusive. Our room and pool/garden were very nice and we were very happy with them. Would be good to have solar power to heat all the pools though as the water was very cold. Only small downside for us was the noise from The main road along which all the hotels are placed and the pump for the pools as we were next to it but having said that we live near a major road so wasn’t really a problem for us. The food was excellent and plenty of it and all of the staff in the suite areas we dealt with were all very nice, lovely, friendly and helpful people. We didn’t manage to use the spa but hopefully we will go back and use it next time we go. "

We were B&B, breakfast choices were superb and we purposely requested to be served in Mariela's section; a polite, welcoming, friedly young woman who the hotel would do well to promote to 'Customer Service Training Manager!' Beautiful pools with an abundance of loungers and umbrellas. We would happily return. "

"Room size was great & balcony was a nice touch. Bathroom was a little on the smaller side. Breakfast and lunch options were good- we mainly ate out in old town in the evening as the buffet wasn't our scene. Buffet & pool did get particularly busy, seemed to be a lot of children."

"Room, staff, service and grounds were lovely. The only thing missing was a nice beach and dining options nearby. Parking availability was also difficult if returning late in evening. We really enjoyed our stay at Kresten Palace and would return again."
