This fine flat has 1 bedroom and sleeps 4 people, this is ideal for a family holiday. Located in Kaltenbach, it is 1 km from the ski lift. The flat is in a quiet location in the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen ski area, 1 km from the lake. Nearby, you will find 1000 km of hiking trails and 800 km of mountain bike routes in the beautiful nature; these vary between 500 and 2300 m altitude. A 5-minute walk away is the family-run Hotel Seetal. Here you can use the swimming pool and lovely sauna for free once a week. This flat is cosily furnished and features a ski storage room with ski boot warmers. A washing machine and dryer are available. Wi-Fi is available in the house and a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. The ski bus stop is 15 metres away. Note: The charging of e-cars is only permitted at the e-charging station at the hotel and otherwise EUR 100.00 per day will be charged.

Die Ankunft war etwas problematisch. Bei unserer Ankunft war jemand anwesend, aber es war niemand da, und wir mussten telefonisch darüber informiert werden, dass wir den Schlüssel für das Hotel irgendwo im Dorf bekommen mussten. Die Suche nach dem Hotel im Dunkeln war etwas schwierig. Besonders wenn Sie müde von der Reise sind. Aber zum Glück ist Kaltenbach nicht sehr groß. Die Vorabkonsultation hätte etwas besser sein können, die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Umwelt ist uns schon lange bekannt und deshalb fantastisch. Sonst wären wir nicht zurückgekehrt.

Wir haben sofort mit jemandem gesprochen. Wenn etwas kaputt war, konnte man das Hotel anrufen und sie würden es von ihnen arrangieren. Wir waren im obersten Stock und hatten einen schönen Blick auf die Piste und die Gondel. Für uns war es großartig!
