3: Guests are required to pay a rent deposit, which is 10,000 baht within 2 days. More deposits are required for more than 2 days. The housekeeper will calculate and inform the customer before check-in.
4: You are not allowed to do anything illegal in the villa, and you are not allowed to take drugs or gamble. Any problems that arise will be the responsibility of the guest.
5: Smoking is not allowed indoors. Violation of the regulations will result in a fine of 10,000 baht. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor space.
6: The normal check-in time is 15.00 pm and the check-out time is 11.00 am (if there are special circumstances, you can communicate with the manager)
