Garden City Hotel, BW Signature Collection"The free breakfast was terrible, ran out of food after 10mins and no plates cups or cutlery either, waited 15mins for a clean coffee cup just so I could make a hot drink. Service was terrible from the manager. Room was clean however the window in the room had no rubber seal around it so was dangerous if you had young children staying with you. The bathroom was so tiny you couldn't even sit on the toilet without hitting your knees on the vanity.i would say it is definitely not 4 stars more like 2...
"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was pretty good at least with a car. We had a small issue where the plumbing was making a whistling sound in our room. I don't think it was happening when we first checked in and the night manager showed up immediately too look into it and somewhat alleviated the problem (I didn't notice it until my wife pointed it out, but it was too loud to ignore once she had without ear plugs). Other than that great stay."
