Room was very old and neglected, staff were not very helpful requested to speak to your manager three times and then never showed up as I had a problem in the kitchen restaurant overall very overpriced for poor standard

I can't fault this establishment. Quick efficient check-in by Victoria who was helpful. Clean well appointed spacious rooms with all the amenities as listed.
