Access to Mineyama Hogen Relexia hotel.

Get to and from the resort was challenging as we were not driving so I wish the hotel communicated more clearly that we should take the shuttle bus and the specific timings. It could have been helpful also to ensure we understood this at the point when we checked in.

可もなく不可もなくビジネスホテルって感じです

お部屋はツインルームでしたが広くてよかったです。 スキーシーズンに行きましたが日帰り入浴されるお客さんも多くドライヤーが2台しかないので順番待ちしないといけないのが残念でした。日帰り入浴は1,000円プラスタオル代200円です。 朝食、夕食ともにボリュームもあり美味しくよかったです！お食事は子供向けなメニューでしたが大人でも美味しく食べられました。 スキーなどで宿泊するお客さんは宿泊者専用ロッカーが無料で使えたみたいですがそういうことを荷物を預ける前に教えてほしかったです。ロッカーに預けると別途300円ほどかかりました。 外国人のスタッフがほとんどでしたがみなさん日本語が上手で意志疎通問題ありませんでしたが笑顔などが少ない印象でサービスもお願いしたことしかしませんでした。(たとえば食事中に水のグラスが空になっているときにおかわりをお願いするなど)

10年ぶりでした。

子供が大きくなったので、10年も御無沙汰しました。相変わらず、清潔感がありました。残念だったのは朝の大浴場の湯がとても汚れていました。天候に恵まれず、満天の星を期待していたのですが残念でした。でも、家族には相変わらず人気でした。
