We were so spoiled as guests and consequently had very high expectations for the following stays during our trip (that those fell short). Very friendly and helpfull staff. Spacious room.
Not very centrally located, but there were some cafes/ restaurants and convenient stores on walking distance.
We arrived very early in the morning and had to pay for an extra night in order to get the room before check in time (price was higher than when booked thru Expedia)

Great value.
The rooms were spacious (by Tokyo area standards), clean, and well apportioned. Plenty of room for me, my wife, and one teenage child.
The breakfast buffet is excellent with plenty to choose from in either Japanese or western style offerings.
