Was a pretty good stay. Room felt like it could have used a small table and chairs instead of a desk. Bathroom shower started warm and kept getting colder. Was very cold despite having the hot turned all the way on.

The check in was difficult because they didn’t have a chip reader for the credit card. I don’t think anyone has swiped my card in 5 years so it didn’t work. Everyone uses chip and pin for security reasons and reliability and it’s 2024. I had to use my personal credit card for the damage deposit on a business trip which just complicates accounting and is needlessly inflammatory.

My cousin checked the bed before he unpacked and the sheets had hairs and crumbs. Sent to another room with the same issue. The third room was clean. The response back from staff was "they would speak with housekeeping" while they were picking the hairs off the bed. They asked him if he used the washroom before moving him the second time. Hotel is newer but has issues with cleanliness.

Everything was good but there are no lamps on the nightstands which is very strange. Only bright fluorescent lights nothing if you want to read at night.

Comfy, but no coffee
Room was pretty good, however for the price we paid for the room (king bed suite), I expect the sofa-bed to have bedding, and a coffee pot of some sort in the room. In todays age a guest shouldn't have to go to the front desk to get a coffee in the morning

Kamloops stay
We loved this hotel. It is newer, and everything is in great condition and clean. It is a small hotel and feels more like an apartment building, and we liked that. Room was wonderful and we definitely recommend this hotel.

Older hotel but was clean. Bed was super comfy. Bathroom vanity had very little room to place toiletry bag or other items . Walkable to the casino if that’s on your to do list.

Very average property, had to park at the back of the building and there was no rear entrance to the hotel so had to walk around to the front in the dark with limited lighting.
